Job summary

Moonspin is seeking a Safer Gambling Analyst based in Cape Town to liaise with customers by email or phone and ensure a responsible gaming experience. You will contribute to safer gambling operations and work closely with the Safer Gambling Manager to promote player protection.

Responsibilities include analyzing risk-scoring alerts, contacting players at risk, and proposing process improvements while adhering to internal policies.

Qualifications

• Matric with 2+ years of customer service experience, or a Degree/Diploma with no experience required.
• Experience in telephone interactions, ideally in senior customer service or responsible gambling.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk-scoring alerts to identify potential addictive behavior and contact players by phone or email.
• Monitor and review follow-up cases daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Escalate complex cases with recommendations to Safer Gambling Leadership team.
