Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd. is seeking an engaging hospitality specialist to enhance guest experiences at a luxury lodge. The ideal candidate blends kitchen knowledge with guest interaction to turn dining into memorable moments.

You will move between kitchen and dining areas, explain dishes and ingredients, and maintain high standards of food quality and OHS hygiene. Live-in role with meals included and a 3 weeks on / 1 week off cycle.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience within kitchen, culinary, food or F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food quality, presentation and menu execution.
• Understanding of food hygiene, health and safety and kitchen OHS standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; guest-facing interpersonal skills.
