Qualifications

• Proven track record in premium kitchen or high‑end lodge hosting.
• Experience in public‑facing hospitality or fine dining service.
• Knowledge of standard food safety regulations (HACCP/OHS).
• Previous luxury safari lodge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host the nightly dinner service to create a seamless, premium atmosphere.
• Share the narrative and cultural context behind the menu concepts.
• Gather guest feedback and relay insights to kitchen and management.
• Support kitchen operations and assist staff during busy hours.
• Enforce hygiene standards and monitor storage and prep spaces.
• Ensure plates leaving the pass meet the lodge's premium standards.
