NTT DATA is seeking an accomplished executive to lead South Africa's Applications Portfolio, combining Applications, SAP, CX, BPS and Data into a unified, market-facing business. The MD will drive profit, growth and strategic execution in a highly matrixed global organisation, leading talent and client relationships with industry-leading capabilities.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise applications, platforms, data, digital transformation and technology-enabled business processes,

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in technology consulting, IT services or digital transformation.
• Proven executive leadership with accountability for P&L.
• Experience in South Africa and/or broader MEA markets is highly desirable.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end strategic and operational leadership for the South Africa Applications Portfolio.
• Own full portfolio P&L, drive revenue, profitability and growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Applications, SAP, CX, BPS and Data.
• Define/execute SA strategy, go-to-market and client propositions.
• Foster partner relationships and market development.
• Ensure delivery excellence and strong governance.
