Qualifikationen

• 15-20 years in technology consulting, IT services or digital transformation.
• Executive leadership with accountability for a large, multi-domain portfolio.
• Proven ownership of substantial P&L and sustainable revenue growth.
• Experience in South Africa market is highly desirable.

• Define and execute a cohesive South African portfolio strategy across Applications, SAP, CX, BPS and Data.
• Drive portfolio profitability, growth, pricing and delivery excellence.
• Lead go-to-market and client leadership with country, industry and delivery teams.
• Oversee five portfolio domains and align offerings, partners and capabilities.
• Build strategic relationships with partners (SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, AWS).
• Ensure executive delivery discipline, governance and performance across delivery teams.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and succession planning.
