NTT DATA South Africa is seeking an accomplished executive to lead the South African Applications Portfolio, including Applications, SAP, CX, BPS and Data. The role shapes portfolio strategy, accelerates growth and drives profitability within a matrix organisation.

The Managing Director will translate global priorities into locally relevant execution, inspire high‑performing teams, and position NTT DATA as a trusted transformation partner across services and data in South Africa.

Qualifikationen

• 15–20 years’ executive leadership experience in technology services.
• Proven ownership of substantial P&L with revenue growth.
• Experience in South Africa market desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute an integrated South African portfolio strategy across Applications, SAP, CX, BPS and Data.
• Own full portfolio profit and loss accountability, including revenue, margin and investment performance.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and executive client engagement with strategic pursuits.
• Build and develop a high‑performing leadership team across a matrix organisation.
