Job summary

Zohorecruit in Cape Town seeks an SAP S/4HANA MM/P2P Functional Consultant to support P2P, MM and VIM processes across the SAP landscape. You will engage with business users, analyze incidents, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of MM and P2P integration, with experience in AP postings, GR/IR, and vendor master data. A pro-active, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Commerce.
• SAP MM, S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Finance integration or related SAP certification preferred.
• Exposure to OpenText VIM, Kofax, SAP Joule for Consultants and related AI-assisted SAP delivery practices advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional support, testing, documentation and business-as-usual services for SAP S/4HANA P2P, MM, VIM and related Accounts Payable processes.
• Provide expert analysis for P2P and VIM incidents, service requests, recurring operational issues, invoice exceptions and workflow failures.
• Support business users through JIRA incidents, issue triage, root-cause analysis, user engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Analyse SAP MM, P2P and vendor invoice integration issues across procurement, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice verification and reporting touchpoints.
• Drive continuous improvement in Vendor Invoice Management by identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
