Qualifications

• Communicate clinical benefits, indications, and usage through meetings and presentations.
• Stay up to date with medical and scientific information relevant to the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals within the territory.
• Identify new opportunities for product promotion and business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback from healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales data, and feedback using CRM tools.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, medical advancements, and sales techniques.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Communicate safety profile and risk information clearly, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify, document, and report ADRs, product complaints, or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with pharmacovigilance for safety-related reporting and follow-up.
• Log medical queries, safety concerns, and customer feedback for internal review.
