You will design, implement, and oversee innovative community-focused programs, coordinating resources, monitoring outcomes, and building strong partnerships with local stakeholders to drive meaningful social change.

The role requires leadership, budget oversight, and a passion for community development in the North West region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme or project management.
• Experience in the non-profit or social development sector.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
• Knowledge of the socio-economic context of North West region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of diverse social impact programs in Rustenburg.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for successful delivery.
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, government agencies, NGOs, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and innovation to meet evolving community needs.
• Prepare regular progress reports, impact assessments, and financial summaries for management and funders.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community consultations.
• Mentor program staff and volunteers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
• Represent the organization at forums and advocate for community development in Rustenburg.
