Universityinfo is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage daily operations on Rustenburg construction sites in the North West. You will oversee tradespeople, coordinate with project managers, and ensure work progresses safely and to specification on active sites.

The role requires strong leadership, on-site coordination, and the ability to interpret blueprints. A proactive approach to safety and quality will drive project success in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct daily activities of construction site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate material delivery and equipment usage.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects regarding site progress and issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or quality concerns immediately.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all site personnel are properly equipped and adhere to safety protocols.
