Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee demanding commercial development projects in Rustenburg, North West. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and uphold strict safety and quality standards to deliver projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in site management, a construction-related qualification, and a proven ability to read drawings and manage resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in construction-related field required.

• Good understanding of North West building regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

About the Role Our client is a dynamic and expanding construction firm looking for a seasoned Site Manager to oversee demanding commercial development projects in Rustenburg, North West. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe execution of construction activities on-site. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with various teams and subcontractors, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in commercial construction.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant site management experience.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in North West .
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in site management software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in the Rustenburg region is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license.
