Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree (NQF Level 7) required.
• Honours degree (NQF Level 8) will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test and maintain business applications per user requirements.
• Onboard and train new system users and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor application performance and report results.
• Assist with upgrades and incident investigations.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for integration.
