Job summary

Network Finance seeks an accomplished RF Engineer to lead R&D across the full product lifecycle, from customer requirements to production support and final approvals. You will drive antenna design, RF components, and regulatory certification in a technology-focused manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in RF design, with hands-on experience in antennas, filters, duplexers, splitters, and related RF components, plus strong technical documentation skills and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialisation in RF Engineering.
• Postgraduate qualification in RF Engineering would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and industrialisation of antenna solutions.
• Develop RF products, including filters, duplexers, splitters, and related communication components.
• Translate customer requirements into practical product specifications.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to achieve production readiness and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with component sourcing, supplier engagement, and production planning.
• Develop power and signal distribution solutions for towers and communication infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering reports, product specifications, and supporting technical documentation.
• Facilitate product certification, regulatory compliance, and customer approvals.
