Job summary

Absa Bank Limited in Johannesburg is seeking an Administrator: Reward Administration to coordinate pay review cycles across Pan-African operations. You will maintain data accuracy, support governance and compliance, and enhance colleague experience through efficient service delivery.

You will handle pay review cycles, reward programmes, incentive payments and reporting while engaging with stakeholders to drive improvements in remuneration processes across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• 3 years experience in Reward, HR, Payroll, or shared services.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end administration of pay review and bonus cycles.
• Administer reward programmes in line with policies and standards.
• Execute reward transactions and changes with data integrity.
• Produce governance and audit-relevant reporting and documentation.
• Resolve reward queries and maintain knowledge content.
• Manage reward exception tracking and escalation.
• Coordinate remuneration surveys and benchmarking activities.
• Provide first-line support for reward systems and data improvement.
