Job summary

Circana is hiring a Revenue Coordinator in Cape Town. The role supports UK and SA revenue processes, including CRM system support, contract management, revenue recognition, and data fees management, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local requirements.

Hybrid work from the Cape Town office is available. The ideal candidate has a Finance or Accounting degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant accounting qualifications.
• Min 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Competence in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience in NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate contracts in CRM tool to ensure correct revenue recognition.
• Partner with commercial team for contract management, flag issues timely.
• Maintain strict controls on revenue processes.
• Month-end support: ensure correct revenue phasing and assist in month-end transactions and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits.
