Petousis Hotel Group seeks an Internal Revenue Auditor to provide revenue control across The Vineyard Hotel, Oude Werf Hotel and Stellenbosch Hotel. You will audit revenue streams, reconcile daily banking, manage currency and card transactions, and prepare monthly reports to ensure policy compliance.

The role involves random stock checks, staff commission/tips reconciliation, and ongoing collaboration with Finance, Sales and Revenue teams to strengthen internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Qualified in accounting/auditing with NQF 4/5/6 level.
• Audit certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify revenue records for completeness and policy compliance.
• Analyze revenue transactions to identify errors or discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Document audit processes, findings and evidence for internal controls and regulatory needs.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Monitor compliance with tax laws and internal policies across revenue activities.
• Suggest improvements to revenue processes and controls with cross-functional collaboration.
