Networking Mania (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Retention Agent in Century City, Cape Town to engage with existing clients, understand concerns, and reduce churn by offering tailored solutions that keep customers seeing value in our services.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer service or retention within the BPO/financial services sector, matric, and strong communication/CRM skills. This in-person, full-time role operates 15:00–02:00 with performance-based incentives and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre or retention roles (BPO/financial services preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.

Retentions Agent – Join Our Growing Team

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and driven Retention Agent to join our team in Century City.

Role Overview

As a Retention Agent, you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients, resolving concerns, and helping customers continue to see value in our services. You’ll be at the heart of reducing churn and strengthening long-term client relationships.
