Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role in retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and sales.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store associates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Monitor inventory, assist with stock counts, and maintain visual merchandising.
• Handle customer escalations to ensure satisfaction.
