Greys Personnel on behalf of a leading branded fashion retailer seeks an experienced Store Supervisor for a new store at Garden Route Mall in George. You will lead a sales team, drive store performance, and deliver a premium shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has solid supervisory experience in fashion retail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage stock, visual merchandising, scheduling, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Minimum 24 years supervisory experience in fashion/branded retail.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a retail sales team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations.
• Lead and coach sales team to meet sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical ability and administrative skills.
• Experience with POS systems and retail reporting.
• Ability to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Reliable transport to and from the Garden Route Mall in George.
• Must be available to start immediately.
