Job summary

Stor-Age Property REIT Limited in Cape Town is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations and drive performance in a busy retail environment.

You will coach the store team, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock and cash processes, and maintain merchandising standards to meet company targets and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Monitor stock levels, stock control, and inventory management.
• Oversee merchandising and ensure store presentation meets company standards.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Conduct regular stock takes and minimise stock losses.
