Adidas South Africa seeks a Store Development Lead to coordinate planning, implementation, maintenance and optimization of retail store development across Wholesale, Franchise and Own Retail channels in Emerging Markets South.

You will ensure delivery of store initiatives aligned with global standards, budget, timelines, and compliance while maximizing investment value across the portfolio. Strong project management and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualificações

• University degree with a project management focus.
• 7 years of experience in retail store development, construction project coordination, facilities management, or related environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, implementation, maintenance and optimization of store development projects across Wholesale, Franchise and Own Retail channels.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and external parties for new stores and shop-in-shop models.
• Assist Store Development Manager with BPM creation and budget forecast from approval to completion.
• Obtain local and municipal approvals with council runners as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, warranties and rebates.
• Facilitate information flow between 3rd party vendors, internal retail departments and global counterparts.
• Maintain standards and relationships with global, EM and EM South Store Development teams.
• Support multiple projects at various stages of implementation.
• Oversee all installations and provide detailed documentation; initiate reverse logistics for excess equipment.
• Place POs in line with lead times; manage storage of fixtures with warehouse partner.
• Maintain full store fleet maintenance schedule and update rollout plans.
