Job summary

Adidas in Cape Town is seeking a motivated Visual Merchandiser to uphold global VM standards and drive compelling store presentations. You will train staff, manage window and in-store displays, and collaborate with the VM team to optimize space, signage, and product presentation while ensuring a safe, engaging shopping environment.

You will conduct weekly space planning reviews, perform VM audits, and lead campaigns changes during night shifts as required, helping to elevate customer experience

Qualifications

• Matric Certification.
• 2–3 years visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Cascade information from Regional VM Manager to Store Manager and staff.
• Train staff on global VM standards and guidelines.
• Ensure store windows and in-store displays meet high standards including lighting, mannequins, and price communication.
• Lead space management updates and weekly floor plan adjustments.
• Conduct VM audits and submit monthly compliance updates with photos.
