Profile Personnel in East London is seeking a detail-oriented Store Controller / Admin Clerk to provide administrative support, monitor store operations, and ensure accurate reporting to maintain smooth day-to-day business functions.

You will maintain store records, assist with stock control and reconciliations, support store managers with queries, ensure compliance with policies, and provide general office and system support to the retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail administration / store support advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential).
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
