Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• ≥3 years in store management with focus on risk and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Understanding of retail operations, audit processes, and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage losses within 0.7% of sales, including write-offs, and report exceptions to the Store Manager.
• Implement plans to minimize shrinkage in line with Stock Loss policy, reporting exceptions.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and cyclical counts.
• Achieve markdown targets and maintain data integrity at 90%.
• Enforce security procedures and report exceptions.
• Oversee Dayforce operations daily and handle exceptions.
• Ensure store administration adheres to policies and procedures.
• Assist Store Manager in store assessments and reporting.
• Manage Como reports weekly and report exceptions every Monday.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations compliance.
• Conduct maintenance checks and take necessary actions.
• Control expenses in line with budgets and report deviations.
• Analyze processes for improved systems and Dayforce efficiencies.
• Lead induction, training and development at optimum level.
