Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Scarborough Town to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, handle merchandising, inventory and daily tasks, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed. Responsibilities include developing staff, maintaining POP MART brand standards, and contributing to store performance through KPI tracking and proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing retail team; mentor Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and reflect POP MART's premium brand.
• Partner to achieve sales goals and monitor KPIs, adjusting plans to improve results.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute planograms and seasonal displays; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Promote POP MART brand and engage with local collector community.
