West Coast Personnel is recruiting a driven Field Sales Representative to develop new business, grow sales and manage key retail accounts across the Western Cape.

The role demands 2–3 years in B2B retail sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to meet monthly targets. A valid driver’s license and own transport are required, with travel across the Western Cape. A petrol allowance is provided alongside a monthly salary of R15 000.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience is required.
• B2B sales and account-management experience within retail is essential.
• Experience with retail buyers and key accounts is preferred.
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate strong negotiation.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to develop new business.
• Retail promotions and merchandising exposure is advantageous.
• Strong administration and reporting ability; proficient in MS Office.
• Sales or business qualification is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new retail customers.
• Conduct regular client visits and drive product launches and listings.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and trading terms to achieve targets.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals for customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts.
• Monitor product performance and customer buying trends; report findings.
• Prepare daily sales activity reports and maintain pipeline information.
