You will oversee the entire retail credit control process, ensure compliance with the National Credit Act, and drive reconciliations, collections, and reporting with precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail credit control.
• Strong understanding of the National Credit Act.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Key Responsibilities

Credit Control & Accounts Receivable

• Retail Credit Control — Oversee the complete retail credit control function
• Legislative Compliance — Apply strong knowledge of the National Credit Act and related legislation
• Reconciliations — Perform accurate reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies
• Collections — Manage overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
• Reporting — Prepare credit reports, statements and account updates

Administration & Systems

• Advanced Excel — Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and advanced formulas
• Documentation — Maintain accurate records, documentation and audit trails
• Systems Proficiency — Work confidently with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Minimum Requirements

Experience & Knowledge
