Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to run a busy UK branch, delivering customer-focused service and driving branch performance.

You will manage car appraisals, pricing negotiations and the end-to-end sales process while coordinating with back-office teams to ensure smooth operations. A UK driving license and experience in a target-driven environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for customers and ensure efficient branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with back office and other colleagues.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary

£16,920 per year

Bonus

Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours

You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
