• Support Store Manager in ensuring efficient operation of the store.
• Drive sales and customer loyalty to meet store performance targets.
• Execute operational activities, including stock management.
• Manage staff performance and scheduling effectively.
• Facilitate excellent customer service and experience.

Skills

Understanding and application of financial management principles

Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles

Knowledge of stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures
