• Manage, train, and motivate waiter and service staff, fostering a professional and positive working environment
• Act as the first and last point of guest interaction, ensuring a lasting impression across all dining experiences
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate reservations, seating, and service flow across all dining venues
• Supervise waitstaff and coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu updates and service trends
• Drive wine list standards, service execution, and staff training
• Oversee beverage and bar operations, including team training and service standards
