Job summary

Helderberg Personnel CC is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to lead the F&B team on a premium estate in Franschhoek. The role focuses on delivering service excellence, stock control, and flawless events execution from planning to guest departure.

You will plan weddings and functions, develop staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to wine sales with training and expert knowledge. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, you bring a calm, hands-on leadership style.
