We’re currently headhunting for an exciting General Manager opportunity with a high-profile, modern Greek restaurant and events venue in Sandton.

This is a substantial, high-volume hospitality operation with approximately 300 covers, 100+ employees, a large kitchen brigade, private dining and functions. The business has built a strong reputation around exceptional hospitality, quality, attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for a hands‑on, commercially astute General Manager who is ready to take full ownership of the operation and work closely with the owners/directors.
