Premier Resort Knysna is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our resort and team, drive operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Knysna with panoramic ocean views, this is an exciting opportunity to take the lead at a high-profile property within the Premier Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

As General Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire and develop the hotel team across all departments
• Drive an exceptional guest experience and service culture
• Take ownership of financial performance, budgets, costs and revenue growth
• Ensure operational excellence across Rooms, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office and Food & Beverage
• Develop and implement strategies that strengthen the resort's market position

We're looking for a strong hospitality leader who combines commercial thinking with a genuine passion for people and guest service.

You'll ideally have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• A proven track record in improving operational performance and guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and email applications
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
