Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial portfolios in Nelspruit. The hybrid role blends on-site supervision with admin oversight, focusing on tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct inspections, manage leasing processes, budgets, and travel to properties around Nelspruit. Strong communication, negotiation, and software skills are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various properties in and around Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and safety standards.
• Manage the tenant screening, leasing, and move-out processes efficiently.
• Oversee rent collection, process payments, and manage budgets for property expenses.
• Ensure properties comply with all local, provincial, and national housing regulations.
