Qualifications

• Proven track record in trade coordination, planning, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Plan and coordinate daily construction activities, direct site labour, and supervise subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Technical Compliance: Inspect active work to ensure conformance with drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Programme Delivery: Execute production against the master construction programme and sequence trades to prevent delays.
• Resource Management: Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment and verify orders to minimise waste.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, sign off sheets when standards are met, and prepare units for handovers.
• Health & Safety Enforcer: Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Site Administration & Control: Maintain records and assist with site measurements and subcontractor payments.
• Plant & Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper care and security of on-site plant and tools.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
