Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with bioinformatics tools and databases.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing diverse biological datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms relevant to biological data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data (WGS, WES, RNA-Seq).
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, biomarkers, and targets.
