Requirements

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or Perl, along with experience in shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques relevant to biological data.
• Proficiency with common bioinformatics tools, databases, and reference genomes.
• Demonstrated experience in leading research projects and mentoring junior team members in a remote capacity.
