You will compile monthly reconciliations, support month-end closes, and assist with audit readiness and environmental reporting. Qualifications

• BCom Finance required.
• 5+ years of global reporting experience required.
• Strong Excel skills with complex spreadsheets and financial data.
• Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
• Distribution industry exposure preferred, with strong analytical skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile global financial and sales reports, ensuring monthly deliverables are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and support month-end reporting and financial reviews.
• Assist with audit requirements and fixed asset projects, including maintaining supporting documentation and tracking project-related information.

Our client, a global brand in the imaging and business technology space, operates within the distribution industry, where accurate financial and sales reporting is essential to tracking performance across the business.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance, you’ll work beyond routine accounting. Your focus will include global reporting requirements, sales figures, monthly reconciliations and reporting deadlines, alongside audit preparation, fixed asset projects and environmental reporting. Excel is central to the reporting process, while Power BI knowledge would be an added advantage.
