Placements24 is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Analyst to join a forward-thinking team, supporting the expansion of clean energy solutions from a remote position within South Africa. You will research market trends, evaluate project feasibility, and develop strategies for growth of renewables from your home base.

You will conduct market research and financial modeling, monitor policy developments, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, enabling strategic energy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in energy market analysis, project finance, or renewable energy consulting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and policy frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
