Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering complex energy projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong understanding of solar, wind, or battery storage technologies and development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for renewable energy projects.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and permitting to construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and task alignment.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community representatives, to ensure project objectives are met and relationships are maintained.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
