Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of remote early childhood educators and facilitators.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital learning technologies and platforms (LMS, video conferencing tools, etc.).
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to develop engaging digital content.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing remote teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
