Placements24 is seeking a passionate Virtual Early Childhood Learning Specialist to join a fully remote team across South Africa. You will design and deliver engaging online curriculum for children aged 3-6, run interactive sessions, create digital content, and assess progress for families.

Based remotely, you will support parents and collaborate with fellow educators to ensure high-quality online early learning experiences while maintaining a warm, child-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong preference for curriculum development and/or online instruction.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging virtual learning experiences for young children.
• Proficiency in using various educational technologies, virtual conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A creative, adaptable, and patient approach to teaching young children online.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are essential.
• Familiarity with early learning frameworks and assessment methodologies for young children.
• A passion for early childhood development and innovative teaching methods.
