Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Behavioural Health Technician to deliver telehealth support under licensed clinicians. You will implement treatment plans, coach clients, and monitor progress from your home office, ensuring privacy and secure communications.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, telehealth experience, and strong empathy; you will collaborate with a clinical team to promote client engagement and adherence to plans.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience in behavioural health settings or as a technician.
• Telehealth delivery experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.
• Strong communication and confidentiality practices in virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioural health treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians.
• Provide support and coaching to clients via virtual platforms.
• Assist clients in developing coping and self-management strategies.
• Monitor client progress and report observations to supervising clinicians.
• Facilitate virtual group psychoeducation and skills sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention support via phone or secure messaging.
• Help clients navigate telehealth platforms and ensure access to resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic records of interactions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Promote client engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
