Expect to test hooks, work with data, and push rapid creative iterations. You’ll lead format experiments, optimize for CTR and CPA, and collaborate with creative leadership on AI-driven generation tools.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
Portfolio with live advertisements; links must be provided.
Proven ability to edit UGC ads that convert with strong hooks and pacing.
Understanding of Meta creative testing methodologies and campaign impact.

Responsibilities

Transform briefs into conversion-focused video ads.
Produce weekly original ad concepts and hook variations.
Edit UGC, creator footage, and product assets into engaging ads.
Create AI-generated ad content from scratch with virtual presenters and synthesized voices.
Combine traditional editing with AI workflows for high-quality content.
Test formats like problem-solution, testimonials, unboxing, founder stories, and green-screen.
Apply performance marketing principles to hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
Monitor metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and refine creatives.
Use insights to optimize campaigns and discontinue underperforming concepts.
Stay updated on TikTok and Meta trends; contribute to AI tools development.
Support major seasonal campaigns and Q4 planning.
