Placements24 is seeking aspiring Apprentice UX/UI Designers for a fully remote role. You will shape user experiences and interfaces for digital products, working closely with product managers and developers.

This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. If you are passionate about visual design and usability, this is a launchpad for your career.

Qualifications

A portfolio showcasing design projects (personal or academic) is required.
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
Familiarity with design software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop design expertise.

Responsibilities

Assist in user research, creating personas, user journey maps, and wireframes.
Contribute to the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Learn to use design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to iterate on designs based on feedback.
Help create style guides and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
Participate in remote design critiques and contribute innovative ideas.
