Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer Apprentice for a fully remote position. You will learn from experienced designers and work on real-world projects, developing skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Qualifications

Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects or strong passion for user-centered design.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist in user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile apps.
Contribute to UI design with focus on usability and aesthetics.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into design solutions.
Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
