Job summary

Streets LLP in South Africa (100% remote) invites an Accounts Associate to support UK client accounts from home. You will prepare statutory financial statements under FRS 102, complete year-end accounts, and assist with group reporting.

This role suits a recently qualified CA(SA) or AGA(SA) nearing SAICA articles who wants international exposure. UK experience is helpful but not required, as full training and support is provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA), AGA(SA) or nearing completion of SAICA articles.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage or similar software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements under FRS 102 for UK clients.
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules, with reconciliations.
• Assist with group reporting and ad hoc accounting work.
• Communicate professionally with UK clients and colleagues; meet deadlines.
