Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing role within the travel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of popular and niche travel destinations worldwide.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate travel options clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and online booking tools.

• Prior remote work experience is a plus.
