You will analyze operational data, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance service levels and reduce costs in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in transport operations, logistics management, or supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, route optimization, and transportation regulations.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; adept at remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics (on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, costs).
• Develop and implement routing and scheduling strategies for efficiency and cost savings.
• Manage relationships with third-party carriers and logistics providers; negotiate SLAs.
• Oversee dispatch processes; ensure clear communication between drivers, teams and customers.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues; implement solutions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast transportation needs and plan resources.
