You will motivate, mentor, and monitor progress, share insights on training principles, nutrition, and mental conditioning, and work with a diverse range of athletes across sports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sports coach with a track record.
- In-depth knowledge of training principles, exercise science, and sport-specific techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with online communication and video conferencing tools.
- Relevant coaching certifications and/or a degree in sports-related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized training programs tailored to athletes' goals, skill levels, and sports.
- Conduct virtual training sessions with real-time feedback and instruction.
- Monitor progress through regular check-ins and performance analysis.
- Educate athletes on training principles, nutrition, injury prevention, and mental conditioning.
